David Morash

Co-Founder

David has extensive executive and financial leadership experience with several technology and clean-tech start-up companies, including raising venture capital equity and debt financing and overseeing internal accounting and control functions. Dave was Chief Financial Officer of ISE Corporation, a leading vehicle manufacturer of hybrid buses, trucks and other heavy duty vehicles with using advanced energy storage technologies. He was President, COO and CFO of Axesstel, Inc., a public Company in the fixed wireless industry, responsible for all internal operations and financial decisions and strategic decision-making in concert with the CEO. He was EVP and CFO of Remec, Inc., a public wireless industry company, responsible for all of the external and internal financial functions for a worldwide organization including managing Wall Street, SOX, financial reporting, funding, M&A, HR, and IT. He was EVP and CFO of Wireless Knowledge, a private wireless software joint venture between Qualcomm and Microsoft he was hired to take public. He was also EVP and CFO of Safeskin Corporation, a medical devices company he helped take public, managing Wall Street and all internal and external reporting as well as presentations to the Board of Directors. David received his MBA and his BA from Columbia University.
