Mark A. LeJeune

Chief Operating Officer

Mark brings over 17 years of professional experience in Environmental Safety & Health planning and development. He is an experienced operations manager and formulator in the fertilizer industry. Mark began his career at FullCircle, LLC as an intern, consultant, and later a project manager working on several projects in the agricultural market sector in Louisiana and Florida. Mr. LeJeune next served as COO of Organic Recovery, where the core technology for CSS, LLC was first developed. Mark then presided as Operations Manager at Bio-Gro, Inc., where he was responsible for the formulation, production, and distribution of over 2 million gallons per year of liquid fertilizer products. He most recently served as an Operations Manager at Synagro Technologies, where he was responsible for the operation of a 500 ton per day ASP Composting Facility. Before beginning his professional career, Mr. LeJeune completed his undergraduate work in Environmental & Sustainable Resource Management (BS) at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Mr. LeJeune has received professional training in ISO facility certification, composting, and applied soil microbiology.
