Home Page Content

  • Middle Row Video Box
    How to add a video to home page: Go to Admin > Web Apps > Video Web App > Select video you would like to add to Home Page > Select from the “Actions” drop down menu  > Select "Classify this Item" > Select “Home Page Video” Select arrow pointing to the right. Item should now be in the right hand box > Select “Close” > Select "Save Item." 
    How to take a video off home page: Go to Admin > Web Apps > Video Web App > Select video you would like to take off the Home Page > Select from the "Actions" drop down menu  > Select "Classify this Item" > Select "Home Page Video" Select arrow pointing to the left. Item should now be in the left hand box. > Select "Close" > Select "Save Item." 

  • Middle Row Right Box
    How to add a new news story to the middle right box on home page: Go to Admin > Web Apps > News Web App > Select the “Add Item” button at the top for a new story or choose one already written from the list > Select “Actions” from drop down menu > Select “Classify this Item” > Select “Home Page Middle Row - Right” that appears in the left hand box (If this is not in the left box, make sure you chose the correct news story) > Select the arrow pointing to the right. Item should now be in the right hand box > Select “Close” > Select “Save Item”
    How to take off a news story from the middle right box on home page: Go to Admin > Web Apps > News Web App > Select the current news item that is showing in the box > Select “Actions” from drop down menu > Select “Classify this Item” > Select “Home Page Middle Row - Right” that appears in the right hand box (If this is not in the right box, make sure you chose the correct news story) > Select the arrow pointing to the left. Item should now be in the left hand box > Select “Close” > Select “Save Item”
  • 3 Column Row Boxes
    How to add a new news story to a box: Go to Admin > Web Apps > News Web App > Select the “Add Item” button at the top for a new story or choose one already written from the list > Select “Actions” from drop down menu > Select “Classify this Item” > Select the box (either “Home Page 3 Boxes - Left,” “Home Page 3 Boxes - Middle,” or “Home Page 3 Boxes - Right”) you want to add a story to that appears in the left hand box (If this is not in the left box, make sure you chose the correct news story) > Select the arrow pointing to the right. Item should now be in the right hand box > Select “Close” > Select “Save Item”
    How to take off a news story from a box: Go to Admin > Web Apps > News Web App > Select the current news item that is showing in the box > Select “Actions” from drop down menu > Select “Classify this Item” > Select the current location (either “Home Page 3 Boxes - Left,” “Home Page 3 Boxes - Middle,” or “Home Page 3 Boxes - Right”)  that appears in the right hand box (If this is not in the right box, make sure you chose the correct news story) > Select the arrow pointing to the left. Item should now be in the left hand box > Select “Close” > Select “Save Item”
  • 1 Large Box Row
    How to add a new news story to the full column box: Go to Admin > Web Apps > News Web App > Select the “Add Item” button at the top for a new story or choose one already written from the list > Select “Actions” from drop down menu > Select “Classify this Item” > Select “Home Page Large Box - Bottom” that appears in the left hand box (If this is not in the left box, make sure you chose the correct news story) > Select the arrow pointing to the right. Item should now be in the right hand box > Select “Close” > Select “Save Item”

  • Copyright Text (at bottom of page)
    Go to Admin > Site Manager > Content Holders > Footer > Locate and edit copyright text at bottom of Content Holder Content > Select “Update”


About Page Content

  • Headline & Body Text
    Go to Admin > Edit (in top black bar) > Navigate to about page > Click content to edit > Make your edits > Select “Update” > Select “Publish” in bottom left corner


Company Bios

  • Headline
    Go to Admin > Edit (in top black bar) > Navigate to Company Bios page > Select content to edit > Make your edits > Select “Update” > Select “Publish” in bottom left corner
  • Edit Company Bios
    Go to Admin > Web Apps > Bios Web App > Choose bio to edit > Edit content > Select “Update”
  • Add New Company Bio
    Go to Admin > Web Apps > Bios Web App > Select add item > Fill out content > Select “Save Item”
  • Upload Company Bio Photo
    Go to Admin > Site Manager > File Manager > _assets > images > images-bio > Select “Upload Files” > Make sure the correct folder is selected. Select the “Select” button > Select “Upload[ > Your photo has now been uploaded (Image must be 112px x 150px - See How to Size Photos at the top of this page)
  • Place Company Bio Photo
    Go to Admin > Web Apps > Bios Web App > Choose bio to add or edit photo > Select “Select Image” > Navigate to the images-bios folder > Select image file name > Select “Insert” > Select “Update”


Board Members

  • Headline
    Go to Admin > Edit (in top black bar) > Navigate to Board Members page > Select content to edit > Make your edits > Select “Update” > Select “Publish” in bottom left corner
  • Edit Board Members
    Go to Admin > Web Apps > Board Web App > Choose board member to edit > Edit content > Select “Update”
  • Add New Board Member
    Go to Admin > Web Apps > Board Web App > Select add item > Fill out content > Select “Save Item”
  • Upload Board Member Photo
    Go to Admin > Site Manager > File Manager > _assets > images > images-board > Select “Upload Files” > Make sure the correct folder is selected. Select the “Select” button > Select upload > Your photo has now been uploaded (Image must be 112px x 150px - See How to Size Photos at the top of this page)
  • Place Board Member Photo
    Go to Admin > Web Apps > Board Web App > Choose board member to add or edit photo > Select “Select Image” > Navigate to the images-board folder > Select image file name > Select insert > Select “Update”


Commercial Farms Page Content

    Go to Admin > Edit (in top black bar) > Navigate to Commercial Farms page > Select content to edit > Make your edits > Select “Update” > Select “Publish” in bottom left corner


Commercial Agriculture Page Content

  • Headline & Body Text
    Go to Admin > Edit (in top black bar) > Navigate to Commercial Agriculture page > Select content to edit > Make your edits > Select “Update” > Select “Publish” in bottom left corner
  • Edit or Add Items to Crop Chart
    To edit an item in the crop chart: Go to Admin > Web Apps > Commercial Ag Chart > Select item you want to edit > Make your edits Treat the “x” in the Replaces Compost, Reduces Nitrates, and Yield Increases fields as checkmarks) > Select “Update”
    To add an item to the crop chart: Go to Admin > Web Apps > Commercial Ag Chart > Select “Add Item” button at the top of the page > Fill out Item Name > Put an “x” if applicable in Replaces Compost, Reduces Nitrates, and Yield Increases > Fill out Quality > Select “Save Item”


Organic Agriculture Page Content

    Go to Admin > Edit (in top black bar) > Navigate to Organic Agriculture page > Select content to edit > Make your edits > Select “Update” > Select “Publish” in bottom left corner


H2H™ Trial Page Content

  • Add New News Item
    Go to Admin > Web Apps > News Web App > Select “Add Item” button at the top of the page > Enter Item Name and Item description > Select “Save Item”
  • Edit News Item
    Go to Admin > Web Apps > News Web App > Select news item to edit > Make changes > Select “Update”
  • Headline
    Go to Admin > Edit (in top black bar) > Navigate to News page > Select headline to edit > Make your edits > Select “Update” > Select “Publish” in bottom left corner

Fertilizer Research Page Content

  • Headline & Body Text
    Go to Admin > Edit (in top black bar) > Navigate to Fertilizer Research page > Select text to edit > Make your edits > Select “Update” > Select “Publish” in bottom left corner


Videos

  • Add a New Video
    Go to Admin >Web Apps > Video Web App > Select add item > Fill out Item Name, Choose video under Post Type menu > Select Image (must be 683px x 260px) - See How to Size Photos at the top of this page > Paste embed code for video > Choose full-width under Image Size > Paste video preview text in List View Short Text > Paste full video text in Item Description > Select save item
  • Edit a New Video
    Go to Admin >Web Apps > Video Web App > Choose video to edit > Edit content > Select “Update”
  • Upload New Video Preview Photo
    Go to Admin > Site Manager > File Manager > _assets > images > images-video > Select “Upload Files” > Make sure the correct folder is selected. Select the “Select” button > Select “Upload” > Your photo has now been uploaded
  • Place New Video Preview Photo
    Go to Admin > Web Apps > Video Web App > Choose item to add or edit photo > Select Select Image and navigate to images-video folder > Select photo file name > Select select > Select “Update”


Upload and Place PDF Files

  • Add a New PDF Document
    Go to Admin > Modules > Media Downloads > Select the “Add Media Download” button at the top > Type the file name in the Name field > Under the “Type” drop down, select Adobe Acrobat > Select save > Select “Upload” > Browse your computer and find the appropriate PDF file > Select “Upload” > Select “Save” > Select the “Actions” drop down at the top of the page > Select “Classify this Media Download” > Select the page you want the PDF to be placed on. Select arrow pointing to the right. Item should now be in the right hand box. > Select “Close” > Select “Save Item”
  • Place PDF on a Page
    Go to Admin > Site Manager > Pages > Select the page you want to add a new PDF file to > Place your cursor after the last paragraph and hit Enter on your keyboard > Select “Media Downloads” from the right sidebar menu (if you do not see this, widen your window or select the “Add Modules” button) > From the first drop down on the left, select “All Items in a Category Classification” > From the second drop down, select the current page you are editing, for example: “Commercial Farms” > Select “Insert” > Select “Update”


Contact Page Content

  • Headline & Body Text
    Go to Admin > Edit (in top black bar) > Navigate to Contact page > Select text to edit > Make your edits > Select “Update” > Select “Publish” in bottom left corner
